Eating out is a large part of most people's life. Most people eat out because they have to entertain people at restaurants.� You may even hate eating out. Besides that, if you want to keep a beautiful body shape, restaurant meals will give you enormous obstacles to overcome. In fact, eating out all the time is one of the major reasons for obesity.�

Ok, I’m going to give you some great tips so you won’t end up fat eating out all the time.� � So if you have to eat out here are some things to remember.
The 3 most important things to avoid that are everywhere in restaurants are as follows:

Fried foods (stay away from the trans fat please)
Refined carbohydrates (starches are a negative for you)
Any soft drinks, fruit juices or other sweet foods (with the exception of whole fruit, which are actually good for you)
If you can get rid of these three things, this gets rid of the main things in our food supply that are making us fat- trans fats, vegetable oils, refined carbohydrates, refined starches, and process sugars.

This means that you should leave the free bread alone, you should know better than to eat the French fries that come with each sandwich, and don’t pig out on the pasta and rice which are often loaded onto plates as well. Instead, try well no don’t try do order only meat with vegetables, and a salad.� If you feel yourself craving for French fries slap your wrist or just tell the waiter to tell you that you can’t have that.

Almost all restaurants that I've never been to the will always allow me to replace vegetables or a salad for French fries or chips that almost always with hamburgers or sandwiches. On a side note, it always surprises me how many people criticize me because I wanted vegetables to replace French fries telling me how much I’m missing out ... are you freaking kidding me!� If that’s missing out to you, you need to get a life.

It’s kind of ironic how those are the first people to say I just can’t loose this bulge.� Then ask me what I do to stay so fit.� I just say hey I’m missing out on things to look like this. Take a look at the difference typical of this simple fact of substitution between the smart choice and do what most people ...
Most people will eat a meal like this:

Burger or sandwich
chips or fries
Soda or other sweetened drinks (and don’t let the diet in front of coke full you its not healthy!)
This is easy to fix the smart way:

Burger or Sandwich
Salad or vegetables
Unsweetened iced tea or water (and again no diet drinks!� If you want that I have a company that serves acid)

These 2 easy changes save at least 400 - 900 calories every time you dine in � ... You’re also getting rid of the stuff making you loose that high school or college figure you USED to have.�

With these tips you should be on your way to saving your life.
