Dr. Perricone uses the three-day face lift diet to introduce people to his more comprehensive 28-day anti-aging diet, but the three-day diet will stand very well on its own.

On the three-day face lift diet, you'll eat salmon (preferably wild Alaskan Salmon) two times each day, for the essential fatty acids so necessary to hydrate your skin.

A sample day on the diet might include a breakfast of four to six ounces of grilled salmon along with a half cup of oatmeal, a fruit like berries or melon, and a three-egg omelet. You'll be giving up caffeine for the duration of the diet, so try spring water instead of coffee.

Lunch might have you repeating the grilled salmon, adding a large salad of dark leafy greens tossed with cold-pressed olive oil and freshly squeezed lemon juice. Add another serving of Vitamin-C rich fruit and wash it all down with spring water.

In between meals you can snack on two ounces of white turkey or chicken met, apples, a handful of almonds or walnuts (preferably raw) or six ounces of plain yogurt.

If you haven't had your full amount of salmon at breakfast and lunch, have it for dinner with another green salad and a half-cup of green vegetables, with berries or cantaloupe for dessert. Spring eater will again be your beverage.

After three days, according to Dr. Perricone, you'll be rewarded with both healthier and more youthful skin!

The Three-Day Surgical face Lift

Often referred to as the "weekend lift" because it allows people to have the surgery on Friday and be back at work on Monday, the three-day surgical face lift lasts for about two hours and does make a significant difference in the patient's appearance.

In some cases it can knock as much as eight to ten years off a person's face, while costing far less than a full face lift would. A three-day face lift can raise the cheeks and remove the jowls by eliminating fat and skin tissue from the neck and face, and can also tighten up the face's muscles.
