You Are What You Eat

You Are What You Eat.

You should be able to find several indispensable facts about food and your health in the following paragraphs. If there's only one important fact you didn't know before, imagine the difference it might make to your lifestyle.

One of the main drawbacks to the fantastic technology of the 21st Century is that it is killing us.

For instance, the idea of a decent meal seems to have almost completely disappeared.

It's "fast" this or "instant" that. "Eat on the run" and "grab something on the way".

How many of us actually look at the foods we eat?

Not many of us. We briefly glance at the label on the packet from the Supermarket Freezer that tells us it's REALLY good for us and that seems sufficient reassurance.

Fast Food outlets extol the "freshness and healthy" properties of their cardboard and polystyrene delicacies.

And we fall for it! All the while, this junk is causing obesity, nutritional problems, heart disease and, all too often, an early death. And worse…..

If you don't have accurate details regarding food and health, then you might make some very bad choices about what you eat.. Don't let that happen: keep reading.

Worse?

A slow, lingering death.

Now for the good part.

There are foods, I call them "SUPERFOODS" that are not only be healthy and delicious to eat, but can also have a beneficial affect on some of the debilitating ailments that you are already suffering from.

We all know about carrots and eyesight, seafood being "brain food" and so forth, but some of these so-called "Old Wives Tales" are very close to the truth.

Food CAN heal, or at least, certain foods can relieve the symptoms or pain of certain ailments or diseases. Beans (legumes), berries (especially blueberries), broccoli, green tea, nuts (especially walnuts), oranges, pumpkin, salmon, soy, spinach, tomatoes, turkey, whole grains and oats, and yogurt can all help stop and even reverse diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, Alzheimer's, and some forms of cancer. And where one might have an effect on a certain part of the body, it can also affect the health of other body functions and performance, since the whole body is connected. This is just the start of the list.

For hundreds, thousands, of years our ancestors have been curing themselves without the aid of pharmaceutical companies.

I'm not saying that we should go back to the "bad old days" of medicine. What I am saying is that there is a lot of truth in the old remedies.

Where do these pharmaceutical companies get their ingredients from? Mainly plants, of course.

Just eating the correct food for the ailment will make a considerable difference to the quality of life of the sufferer of a particular ailment.

Where do you find all this information?

Well, it's all over the internet, if you have time to look for it. The quick and easy way is to go to www.superfoodssecretsrevealed.com and check it all out there.

There are 50 or more articles packed full of info and they'll not cost you a thing.

You can fight back against the 21st Century ailments just by eating!
